Welcome to Coachlyro at coachlyro.best. These terms govern your access to and use of our services. By accessing or using any part of our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and Coachlyro. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Coaching Services

Coachlyro provides specialized business coaching for directors. Our sessions are delivered in-person or online, designed to support leadership development and strategic planning. Scheduling and session details will be confirmed upon registration.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital resources such as guides, templates, and training materials available for download or streaming.

4. Goods

Goods refer to any physical items sold through our site, including workbooks, printed materials, and merchandise.

5. Refund Policy

This section outlines the terms under which refunds are available for different types of purchases.

5.1 Coaching Services

Sessions canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. You may request to reschedule any session at least 24 hours in advance without additional fees. If a session has commenced or a multi-session package is fully used, no refund will be issued. Certain premium coaching packages are marked non-refundable at the time of purchase due to the personalized resources allocated; in such cases, this will be clearly indicated and no refund will be provided.

5.2 Information Products

Requests for refunds of digital products may be made within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. To initiate a refund, please contact us. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned items, within 7 business days.

6. Rescheduling

To reschedule coaching sessions, requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time via our contact us form. Rescheduling is subject to availability but incurs no extra fee when the request meets the advance notice requirement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coachlyro’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service, information product, or good giving rise to the claim.
